舌癌的放射治疗60例分析

Analysis of radiotherapy of tongue carcinoma of 60 cases

摘要: 目的　分析 6 0例舌癌采用不同方式治疗的作用, 探讨提高疗效的最佳治疗方案。方法　回顾分析 1975年 6月至 1994年 6月收治的 6 0例舌癌患者, 其中单纯放疗 2 5例, 术前放疗 10例, 术后放疗2 5例。结果　总的 3年、5年生存率分别为 5 8.3% (35 / 6 0 )和 4 6 .7% (2 8/ 6 0 )。Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的3年和 5年生存率分别为 80 .0 %、6 0 .0 %、6 0 .0 %、4 5 .5 %和 70 .0 %、4 0 .0 %、4 6 .7%、4 0 .0 %。单纯放疗组分别为 36 .0 %和 2 0 .0 %, 术前放疗组分别为 80 .0 %和 80 .0 %, 术后放疗组分别为 72 .0 %和 6 0 .0 %。结论　舌癌放疗与手术综合治疗优于单纯外照射 (P <0 .0 1), 而术前放疗明显优于术后放疗 (P <0 .0 1)。

Abstract: Objective To analyse 60 patients of tongue cancer with different therapy in order to discuss the best therapy style. Methods Reviewing 60 patients from July,1975 through July,1994, 25 patients were treated by simple radiotherapy, 10 patients with pre-surgery radiotherapy and 25 patients with post-surgery radiotherapy. Results The total 3- and 5-year survival rates were 58.3% (35/60)and 46.7% (28/60), while those of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ were 80.0%, 60.0%, 60.0%, 45.5% and 70.0%, 40,0%, 46.7%, ...
