摘要: 目的　探讨瘢痕疙瘩切除植皮术后放疗疗效及不良反应。方法　回顾性分析 4 0例瘢痕疙瘩切除植皮术后患者。按照射剂量分割不同分为两组 :A组 :6 0 0～ 10 0 0cGy/次, 隔日或单次照射, DT10 0 0～ 180 0cGy。B组 :2 0 0～ 30 0cGy/次, 隔日照射, DT10 0 0～ 2 0 0 0cGy。结果　A组 :复发率 (4 /2 2 ) 18% ;B组 :复发率 (4 /2 0 ) 2 0 %。无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　瘢痕疙瘩切除植皮术后放疗是防止其复发的有效方法, 其疗效和不良反应与剂量分割方式无关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy and adverse reaction on skin transplant after operation of keloid. Methods 40 patients with skin transplant after operation of keloid were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups based on irradiation dose:group A 600～ 1?000cGy/f,every other day or single irradiation,D T 1?000～ 1?800cGy; group B 200～300 cGy/f,irradiated every other day,D T 1?000～ 2?000cGy.
