低位直肠癌全系膜切除术后吻合口漏29例分析

Analysis of stoma fistula of rectal cancer after TME of 29 cases

摘要: 目的　探讨低位直肠癌全系膜切除术后吻合口漏的原因、治疗及预防。方法　回顾性分析 2 5 4例低位直肠癌行全系膜切除术吻合口置于腹腔外的病例。结果　 2 5 4例中发生吻合口漏 2 9例, 占11.4 %。 2 9例经局部冲洗, 进食等保守治疗均痊愈出院。结论　低位直肠癌行TME术后吻合口漏发生率增高, 与系膜全切除后远端肠管血供不足及低位吻合条件差密切相关, 将吻合口置于腹膜外, 保持引流通畅, 进食促进肠黏膜修复等是有效的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective To explore the reason.treatment and prevention of Stoma fistula of rectum after TME(total mesorectal excision). Methods TO Analyze 254 cases which were treated by TME whose anastomose fistula were put out of peritoneum retrospectively. Results Among 254 cases there are 29 cases had stoma fistula,the rate is 11.4%. and they have been recovered through conserve treatment such as local stapling and taking food.
