子宫内膜癌预后因素分析

Effects of Postoperative Radiotherapy on the Prognosis of Endometrial Carcinoma

摘要: 目的　探讨子宫内膜癌的预后因素。方法　观察 2 4 7例手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者的生存率。结果　总 5年生存率 74.9%, 、、、期患者的 5年生存率为 88.5%、84.1 %、45.9%和 36.4%。IA、IB期低, 高危患者的 5年生存率为 92 .6%和 2 /2、93.5%和 73.3%。结论　分期和淋巴结转移是影响子宫内膜癌预后的主要因素。低危期内膜癌单纯手术疗效良好。放疗可改善高危期内膜癌的预后、而对、、期内膜癌预后的影响尚不能肯定.

Abstract: Objective To study prognostic factors of endometrial carcinoma. Methods To observe the 5 year survival of 247 cases with endometrial carcinoma treated surgically. Results The total 5 year survival is 74.9%.It's 88.5%,84.1%,45.9% and 36.4% for stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ?Ⅲ and Ⅳ endometrial carcinoma.The 5 year survival for low and high risk stage I A and I B endometrial carcinoma patients is 92.6% and 2/2,93.5% and 73.3% separately.
