低剂量粒生素对恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的临床疗效观察

Observation of using low-dose Lishengsu for the Leukocyte reducing in Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy

摘要: 目的　评价低剂量粒生素对恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的疗效。方法　采用每天皮下注射粒生素 75μg一次治疗 45例因恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的患者, 他们治疗前外周血白细胞总数平均值为 ( 1 .85± 2 .66)× 1 0 9/ L。结果　 45例患者治疗后外周血白细胞总数上升达显效( 1 8例 )或有效 ( 2 4例 )所需时间为 5.5± 4.8d,有效率 93.33% ;无效 3例, 占 6.67%。结论　每天皮下注射低剂量粒生素 ( 75μg/ d,可以明显减轻化疗过程中外周血白细胞下降程度、缩短白细胞在4.0× 1 0 9/ L以下的持续时间及恢复到 4.0× 1 0 9/ L以上的时间, 且毒副反应轻微、安全可靠、费用较低, 值得临床推广应用.

Abstract: Objective To appraise the curative effect of using low dose lishengsu for the leukocyte reducing in malignant tumor chemotherapy.
