薏苡仁酯对人鼻咽癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤的治疗作用

The Treatment of Transplanted Human Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma in Nude Mice with Coixenolide

摘要: 目的　探讨薏苡仁酯 ( coixenolide,CXL)对实验性鼻咽癌的治疗作用及机理。方法　采用裸鼠肿瘤移植法观察 CXL的药效, MTT法和骨髓粒单系祖细胞 ( CFU- GM)培养法检测该药物对免疫和造血功能的影响。结果　CXL以量效方式抑制移植瘤生长, 累积 ID50 为 1 0 -3.710 mol/kg,相对效力 ( relative potency,RP)是 5 -氟尿嘧啶的 2 0 .2 3%。CXL对骨髓造血细胞无毒性。相反, 能促进荷瘤小鼠 NK细胞活性的恢复。结论　 CXL能选择性地杀伤肿瘤细胞, 其机理与直接作用及提高免疫力密切相关.

Abstract: Objective To study the therapeutic effect of coixenolide (CXL) on the laboratory produced human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Nude mice bearing human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE 2Z were used in observing CXL efficacy . MTT and CUF GM culture assays were adopted to investigate the influence of the drug on immune and hemopoiesis . Results CXL inhibited the tumor growth in a dose response fashion, with a accumulated ID 50 =10 -3.170 mol/kg . The relative potency of CXL is 20.23% ...
