中晚期乳腺癌术前动脉灌注化疗的应用价值

Preoperative Interventional Therapy of Intermediate and Advanced Breast Cancer

摘要: 目的探讨乳腺癌术前动脉灌注化疗的应用价值。方法经病理证实的乳腺癌病例15例,全部采用Seldinger's方法,局麻后经股动脉穿刺,将导管超选择送至乳腺癌的供血动脉内。经导管将盐水稀释过的顺铂、阿霉素、5Fu、比柔比星、米西林等化疗药物二联或三联缓慢注入靶血管内。结果15例病例治疗后,完全缓解CR26.7%,部分缓解PR66.6%,无改变SD6.6%,有效率为93.3%。结论介入治疗是中晚期乳腺癌病人提高手术可行性和延长生存期的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the useless of TAI on breast cancer before the operation. Methods 15 patients of breast cancer confirmed by pathology,in all of them the interventional therapy was performed by using Seldinger' s technique,catheterial head was ultraselectly sent into tumor s feeding artery,chemotherapic protocol was 2 or 3 combination of cisplatinum,adriamycin,5-Fu,Mitoxantrone,pirarubicill.If necessary,gelform can be used for the embolization.
