原发性肺癌中DMBT1基因的表达

The Expression of DMBT1 Gene in Primary Lung Cancer

摘要: 目的探讨原发性肺癌组织中DMBT1基因表达水平与肺癌临床和病理特征的关系。方法以逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测原发性肺癌中DMBT1基因的表达水平。结果37例原发性肺癌中10例DMBT1表达正常(27.03%,10/37),有27例DMBT1表达低下或完全无表达(72.97%,27/37);DMBT1的表达与原发性肺癌的病理类型、TNM分期、吸烟史等均无明显相关(P>0.05),但与肺癌组织分化程度及有无淋巴结和(或)远处转移有相关性(P<0.01)。结论DMBT1基因的表达水平与肺癌的发生和肿瘤细胞分化程度及是否存在转移明显相关。

Abstract: Objective To detect the relationship between the expression of DMBT1 gene in lung cancer tissues and the clinicopathologic characteristics of the patients with primary lung cancer. Methods The expression of DMBT1 gene was detected by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) in 37 primary lung cancer tissue samples.
