Experimental Study of Safe Tempera ture of Interventional Thermotherapy

Objective To evaluate the injury of interventional thermotherapy on Liver tissue at 60℃ throngh hepatic artery. Methods 200ml saline at 60℃ was perfused through hepatic artery in 30 minutes .Liver function and the biopsy of liver tissue were checked before and after perfusion . Results ALT, AST became abnormal after perfusion but recovered in a week, while BIL, ALB, γ GT indicated no significant changes at all. The biopsy of liver tissue also showed reversible changes.
