Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 and MRP in epithelial ovarian carcinoma, and the relationships of expression with the curative effect of chemotherapy and prognosis. Methods To detect the protein expression of CD44v6 and MRP gene in 10 normal, 20 benign and 50 malignant epithelial ovarian tumor tissue with S-P method of immunohistochemistry technique. Results ①Positive expression of CD44v6 and MRP in malignant was higher than the expression in benign and normal tissues ( P < 0. 05) .②The staining intensity for CD44v6 and MRP was related to clinical stage, histologic grade and lymphonode metastasis ( P < 0. 05) . ③CD44v6 expression was positive correlated with MRP expression in malignant epithelial ovarian tumors ( r = 0. 557) . ④The cases of the positive rates of CD44v6 and MRP were bad of chemotherapy and poor of prognosis. Conclusion The detection of CD44v6 and MRP may predict the curative effect of chemotherapy and prognosis in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
