p53、Ras与VEGF在肝细胞肝癌中表达的关系

摘要: 目的　研究肝细胞肝癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF, vascularendothelialgrowthfactor)的表达与p5 3、Ras之间的关系。方法　用免疫组化的方法研究了 4 5例肝癌标本VEGF、p5 3及Ras的表达。结果　VEGF的表达率为 6 4.4 % (2 9/4 5 ), p5 3的表达率为 4 8.9% (2 2 /4 5 ), Ras表达率为 5 3.3% (2 4 /4 5 )。经连续切片对比分析表明, 在VEGF表达较高的区域, p5 3、Ras的表达亦较强, 但 χ2 检验仅发现 p5 3突变与VEGF表达相关 (χ2 =5 .6 5, P <0 .0 5 ), 而未发现Ras与VEGF表达的相关性 (χ2 =0 .90, P >0 .0 5 )。结论　在肝细胞肝癌中, VEGF的表达与 p5 3的表达正相关, 而与Ras不相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship of the expreesions of p53, Ras and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expressions of p53,Ras and VEGF were investigated with the immunohistochemistry study.
