摘要: 目的 检测H2 2、EAC瘤细胞及其克隆细胞株mRNA的表达。方法 用生物素标记的 6种cDNA探针, 细胞玻片原位杂交的方法。结果 H2 2与生物素标记的 4种探针杂交阳性, 其克隆细胞株H2D8、H2G4分别与 3及 1种探针杂交阳性 ;EAC细胞株与 4种探针杂交阳性, 克隆细胞株E2G8与 2种探针杂交阳性, E2C6克隆细胞株与 6种探针杂交均阴性。结论 这些均有肿瘤特性的细胞株中mRNA的表达不同Abstract: Objective To examine the difference of mRNA expression in H22 and EAC strains and their cloned cells. Methods The probes labeled by biotin were used in situ hybridization to detect the expression of 6 kinds of mRNA. Results 4 kinds of mRNAs were found to be exist in H22 cells,3 and 1 kinds of mRNAs in H2D8 and H2G4 cloned cells, respectively; 4 kinds of mRNAs were found to be exist in EAC cells, 2 kinds of mRNAs in E2G8 cloned cell; No mRNA in E2C6 cloned cell.
