乳腺癌中VEGF的表达及其临床意义

Expression of VEGF and its significance in breast cancer

摘要: 目的　分析乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达状况及其对预后的影响。方法　检测5 8例乳腺癌组织切片中VEGF及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达状况, 统计分析VEGF表达与PCNA、雌激素受体 (ER)表达的关系, 与乳腺癌组织学分级的关系, 并结合临床随访资料进行生存分析。结果　VEGF阳性表达 33/ 5 8,组织学分级Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级之间VEGF表达有显著性差异, P =0 .0 37,VEGF表达阳性组PCNA的表达显著高于阴性组且其生存时间显著低于后者 ;COX模型比例风险回归分析显示, VEGF表达是影响乳腺癌预后的独立因素之一。结论　乳腺癌中VEGF的表达显著影响预后, 是独立的预后因子 .

Abstract: Objective To research the expression of VEGF and it s influence to prognosis to breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of the breast cancer tissue was examined immunohistochemically for VEGF and PCNA,and the data were analysed by SPSS statistic software according to clinical material .
