妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中p53的表达研究

A Study on the Expression of p53 in Gestational Trophoblastic Tumor

摘要: 目的　研究妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤 (GTT)中 p5 3的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化S P法检测10例正常早期绒毛 (NP)、10例完全性葡萄胎 (CM )、2 0例侵袭性葡萄胎 (IM )、19例绒癌 (CCA)中p5 3的表达。结果　p5 3在上述各组中阳性表达率分别为4 .12 %、2 1.6 8%、39.6 1%、2 7.39%, 经统计学处理, NP与CM(P =0 .0 0 4 )、NP与IM (P =0 .0 0 0 )、NP与CCA(P =0 .0 0 1)、CM与IM (P =0 .0 30 ), 差异有统计学意义。结论　p5 3能促进GTT的恶性转化, p5 3的检测有助于CM与IM的鉴别。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the features of p53 in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods The p53 was detected Immuno-histochemically in paraffin-embedded tissue of 10 cases of normal placenta(NP), 10 cases of complete hydatidiform mole (CM), 20 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole (IM) and 19 cases of choriocarcinoma(CCA).
