摘要: 目的　探讨同期实施双侧颈部淋巴结清扫术的手术适应症、手术方式、围手术期处理及其意义。方法　 1978年 4月至 1998年 6月给 12 5例头颈部肿瘤患者实施了同期双侧颈部淋巴结清扫术。结果　术后并发症发生率 4 %, 无严重并发症及手术死亡发生。结论　严格掌握同期双侧颈部淋巴结清扫术的手术适应症、术前作好充分准备、围手术期处理及时正确、同期双侧颈部淋巴结清扫术是安全的。免除了病人二期手术的痛苦, 节约病人的医疗经费

Abstract: To explore the indication,operative method,treatment of peri-operation and it s meaning about simultaneous bilateral radical neck dissection. Methods Had carried out simultaneous bilateral radical neck dissection in 125 patients with tumors of the head and neck from April 1978 to June 1998. Results Complication rates was 4%.No severe complication and death occured.
