Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of CD147,MMP9 and S100A4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and further to explore the correlation between their expression and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma's. Methods Immunohistochemistry(Maxvison) was used to detect the expression of CD147, MMP9 and S100A4 in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 10 cases of normal esophageal tissues, respectively. Results Significant difference was observed in the expression of CD147,MMP9 and S100A4 between esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and normal esophageal tissues;The expression of CD147 and S100A4 was positively related with the expression of MMP9 respectively. Conclusion The expression of CD147, MMP9 and S100A4 involves the occurrence of esophageal squemous cell carcinoma;they are all positively correlated with the metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and may work cooperatives.
