Abstract:
Objective To research the expressions of CaM,CRT and CDK genes in human gastric cancer tissues, and its occurrence and development of gastric cancer and correlation. MethodsExpressions of CaM,CRT and CDK genes in human gastric cancer tissues, lymph nodes and peri-cancerous tissues were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the relationship between these genes and pathological features and Hp infection in the patients with gastric cancer was analysed. Results The results showed that the expression of CaM,CRT and CDK1 genes in gastric cancer and lymph node tissues, compared to the peri-cancerous tissues, were significantly increased by 2.08-3.7 of times.Expressions of CaM,CRT and CDK1 genes in gastric cancer tissues with Hp infection were 2.78-7.36 times higher than those in tissues without Hp infection. These genes′ expressions were respectivrly related to the survival time(CaM and CRT),lymph nodes metastases(CRT and CDK1),pTNM stages(CDK1)and tumor sizes(CRT). Conclusion Hp infection might promote the development and progression of gastric cancer by upregulating the expressions of CaM,CRT and CDK1 genes. The combined detection of three genes in gastric cancer tissues could assess the prognosis of the patients with gastric cancer.
